From the address they clicked to the day it closes.

Cierre picks up every portal lead, DM and referral, puts an agent's name on it in seconds, and keeps the listing, the showings, the contingency dates and the split of every deal in one file. Your brokerage doesn't hire anyone to run it — that part is ours.

What's costing you money today

A portal lead comes in at 8:40 on a Saturday, three agents see it, and by the time somebody calls at noon the buyer has already toured a house with another office.

The offer, the inspection report and the appraisal live in one agent's email, so nobody else can answer the seller when she calls the office.

You know exactly what you pay the portals every month. You don't know which of them ever produced a closing.

Every address gets a file, every client gets an agent

A lead off a portal, a DM, your site form or a referral lands in one inbox carrying the listing it came from, comes out with an agent's name on it, and starts a clock — five minutes with no reply and the next phone rings, and who took how long stays on the record. From there the same file carries the property, the showings, the feedback the seller reads on Friday, the contingency dates, and the split that gets paid at the table. When a client calls about the house on Maple, whoever picks up sees the whole story, not just their own thread.

  • Every lead assigned to an agent, with a clock running
  • Days on market, showings and deadlines on one screen
  • You finally see which source produced closings, not just leads
Cierre

Cierre — from the portal lead to the closing table

The leads, the listings, the showings, the paperwork and the split — one file per deal, open on the phone while your agent is standing in the driveway.

Lead rotation

It arrives with the listing and price range it came off, leaves with an agent, and rings a second phone in five minutes.

Listing history

Days on market, every price cut, every showing, and the exact photo set each buyer was sent.

Showings & seller updates

One agent per slot inside the owner's window, and on Friday the seller sees who came and what they said.

Deal file

Inspection, appraisal, financing: what expires Thursday and which signature is still missing.

Commission splits

Every closing works out its own split — house, agent, referral fee — before anyone asks you.

Closings by source

What each portal costs you per closing — not per lead, per closing.

We don't build all six at once. We start with whichever one is costing you deals this quarter — usually the lead clock or the deal file — and the rest follow the way your office actually closes.

Real work we've built

We don't have a public case in this sector yet, but this is what we build and run for other businesses.

Frequently asked questions

If my board audits me, can I pull a full transaction file from three years ago?

Yes. Every deal keeps its documents, its dates and its message history for as long as your state requires you to retain them — we set that window with you when we build it. You export that one deal as a single file, with a log of who opened or changed what, and you hand it to the auditor without asking three agents to go digging through their email.

My agents already ignore the CRM I pay for. Why would they use this one?

Because it asks them for almost nothing. The lead arrives on their phone already assigned, with the address and the price range filled in; logging a showing is a comment and a tap, not a form with fourteen fields. The one thing we do enforce is the clock — an unanswered lead moves to the next agent, and that number is visible. Everything else earns its way in: the agent who uses it is the one who can see her own split before you tell her. And because the file lives in the brokerage's system, the history stays here even when the agent doesn't.

Does it replace my MLS, or do I load every listing twice?

No, and it doesn't try to. Cierre holds what the MLS doesn't: the photo set you actually send a client, the showings and the feedback from each one, the documents, and which agent that client belongs to. Whatever your MLS lets you export, we load — and where the license doesn't allow it, the listing gets typed once, here, and never again.

Can it handle my split table — house, agent, referral fee?

Yes. We set up your splits the way you actually pay: per agent, per team, with referral fees and caps if you use them. Each closing calculates its own split, so month-end is a screen you and the agent both look at, not a spreadsheet argument.
